We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer (MBBS) to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, coordinate patient care, and support multidisciplinary clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations and provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications, investigations, and treatment plans in accordance with standard clinical guidelines.
- Assess and stabilize emergency and walk-in patients before referral to specialists or higher centers, where required.
- Perform routine clinical examinations and basic medical procedures.
- Provide preventive healthcare services, including health education, vaccination counseling, and lifestyle modification advice.
- Monitor patients undergoing treatment and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
- Coordinate referrals to specialist consultants whenever necessary.
- Interpret routine laboratory investigations, ECGs, X-rays, and other diagnostic reports relevant to primary care.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medical records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and clinic policies.
- Participate in community outreach programs, health camps, corporate health check-ups, and awareness initiatives organized by the clinic.
- Support home healthcare services by providing clinical supervision, teleconsultations, or home visits whenever required.
- Assist the clinic administration in maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement of healthcare services.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS Degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council.
- Fresh graduates as well as experienced Medical Officers are eligible to apply.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
- Compensation shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and nature of engagement, and shall be finalized through mutual agreement.
- Performance incentives may be offered based on clinic policies.
Working Schedule
- Full-Time, Part-Time, or Rotational Duty as per clinic requirements.
- Duty hours and weekly off shall be determined by the management.
- Additional duties during health camps or special programs may be assigned with prior intimation.

- Internship Completion Certificate.
- Aadhaar Card/PAN Card.
- Recent Passport-size Photograph.
- Experience Certificates (if applicable).
- BLS/ACLS Certificates (if available).

The Medical Officer shall:
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Adhere to all applicable medical ethics, statutory regulations, and clinic policies.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate medical care.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation for every patient encounter.
- Treat patients, attendants, colleagues, and staff with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
- Promptly report any medico-legal case or adverse clinical event to the clinic administration in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
- Uphold the reputation and standards of Life Care Polyclinic & Homecare Services at all times.
Nature of Engagement
The Medical Officer shall function in accordance with the agreed terms of appointment and shall comply with all applicable statutory, professional, taxation, and regulatory obligations during the tenure of association with Life Care Polyclinic & Homecare Services.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
