Job Description:
We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of firewalls, network monitoring systems, and web application security, along with exposure to virtualization and Active Directory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for network and security-related incidents and service requests
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, NMS, Network devices, and WAF
- Support virtualized environments in clustered setups
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory-related issues
- Work closely with L1, L3, and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in L2 Network/Security Support
- Strong hands-on experience with Firewalls, NMS, Networking, and WAF
- Good knowledge of virtualization in clustered environments (VMware/Hyper-V or similar)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Exposure to enterprise IT System Integrator environments
- Relevant certifications in networking or security

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
