About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, well-presented, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients at our premium skin/aesthetic clinic in Bandra. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, appointment scheduling, and front-office operations with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly as they arrive
- Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/UPI transactions
- Maintain client records and confidentiality
- Coordinate with doctors/therapists for scheduling
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and reminders
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Manage inventory of basic front-office/clinic supplies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in a clinic, salon, spa, or hospitality front desk role preferred (freshers with good communication can also apply)
- Comfortable using MS Office / Google Sheets and appointment scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
