Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage sales operations for our liquor portfolio. The role includes team leadership, distributor management, key account handling, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Expand distribution network and identify new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with distributors, bars, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets
- Lead, train, and monitor sales team performance
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility activities
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and licensing norms
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in liquor industry
- Strong knowledge of Bangalore liquor market and regulations
