Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and guide them about courses and batches
- Call prospective students and parents regarding admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and class schedules
- Maintain student database and follow-up records
- Convert leads into admissions through proper counseling
- Provide excellent communication and support to students
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive personality
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Experience in telecalling/counseling will be preferred
