Title- Marketplace Operation Executive

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of marketplace order processing and dispatch across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, error-free fulfillment and maintaining high seller ratings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing & dispatch for all marketplaces
- Ensure timely shipment creation, labeling, and handover to logistics partners
- Coordinate with warehouse team for accurate picking, packing, and QC
- Handle inventory sync and stock updates across platforms
- Work on Unicommerce (or similar OMS) for order flow and tracking
- Monitor and reduce dispatch delays, cancellations, and returns (RTO)
- Manage safety claims, discrepancies, and reimbursement cases on marketplaces
- Maintain documentation for audits, invoices, and shipment records
- Liaise with marketplace account managers for issue resolution
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Portal
- Familiarity with Quick Commerce ops (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) is a strong plus
- Experience with Unicommerce / Vinculum / similar OMS
- Understanding of marketplace policies, SLAs, and penalty structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high order volumes
