JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the Distributions Service Delivery Operations function. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder management, compliance and process optimization. The candidate will drive initiatives to enhance distributions service and delivery quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business and organization goals.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business, service quality and turnaround time.
Manage the Seller onboarding and hierarchy management process
Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
Drive the process automation and digitization
Cross function Collaborate with Distribution, Finance, Compliance, IT, MIS, and external partners to resolve issues.
Deliver accurate MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership.

Educational Background:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
6-8 years of prior experience in a team and process management role within a large, complex organization
Proven track record of leading projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success in managing high volume operations processes.
Strong background in process automation and system management, with a focus on leveraging AI / Smart Tools.
Experience in stakeholder management, compliances, internal external audits
