About the Role
Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking an experienced Head of CSR to lead and expand the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing CSR strategies, securing corporate partnerships, managing donor relationships, and driving sustainable funding to support the Foundation's social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's CSR fundraising strategy.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate partners for CSR collaborations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate donors, CSR heads, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present impactful CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, and partnership decks.
- Collaborate with internal program teams to design CSR projects aligned with corporate priorities.
- Lead end-to-end CSR grant acquisition, including proposal submission, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
- Monitor CSR project implementation and ensure timely reporting to corporate partners.
- Track CSR funding opportunities, government guidelines, and industry trends.
- Represent the organization at corporate meetings, networking events, conferences, and CSR forums.
- Work closely with leadership to achieve annual fundraising and partnership targets.
- Maintain accurate records of CSR leads, proposals, partnerships, and donor communications.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising within the NGO sector.
- Proven experience in securing CSR funding and managing corporate partnerships.
- Strong network with CSR leaders, corporate foundations, and donor organizations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet fundraising targets, and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
