Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and specifications. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. As the role requires frequent site visits and coordination across multiple locations, candidates must have their own bike for local travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site operations.
- Monitor labor, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality work.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor material usage and report requirements to management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Visit multiple project locations as required and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
- Ability to travel locally for site inspections and project supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–5+ years of experience in construction site supervision, civil works, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
