About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic International Business Development Executive to help grow our web development and digital services business in international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a career in international sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients who need web development, mobile app development, eCommerce, or custom software solutions.
- Send personalized proposals and introductory messages.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update leads in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of web development services such as WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, PHP, mobile apps, and UI/UX is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or certification in sales or digital marketing is an advantage.
