Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, client-focused Client Relations Executive – Real Estate & Front Office to manage front-office operations and ensure effective coordination and communication with clients.
The role will have a strong focus on real-estate-related client servicing, including regular follow-ups regarding payments, documentation, property-related requirements, pending actions, and other client communications.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong follow-up capabilities, attention to detail, and preferably prior experience in the real estate, property management, builder/developer, or related service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day front-office operations and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and coordinate their requirements with the relevant internal teams.
- Undertake regular and systematic follow-ups with clients regarding payments, outstanding dues, documentation, and other pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, payment follow-ups, commitments, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with clients regarding real-estate-related documentation, property matters, payment schedules, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain a structured follow-up mechanism to ensure that no client request, payment commitment, or pending action is missed.
- Handle client calls, emails, WhatsApp communications, appointments, and meetings in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate internally with Accounts, Administration, Client Servicing, and Management for timely resolution of client requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update client databases, CRM records, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Escalate delayed payments, unresolved client concerns, or critical matters to the appropriate authority.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client and financial information.
- Support management with client appointments, meeting coordination, documentation, and other front-office requirements.
- Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional communication.
Candidate ProfilePreferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Client Relations, CRM, Customer Service, Front Office, or Client Coordination.
- Candidates with previous experience in real estate companies, builders, developers, property management firms, or real-estate CRM teams will be given preference.
- Experience in handling customer payment follow-ups and property-related client communication would be a strong advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Communication, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with strong relevant real-estate experience may also be considered based on their overall profile.

Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in a real estate CRM/client relations function and are accustomed to coordinating with customers from booking through subsequent payment and documentation stages.
The candidate should be someone who is comfortable taking ownership of client follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, communicating professionally, and ensuring that pending matters are followed through until closure.
The role requires a combination of warmth in client interaction, persistence in follow-up, and discipline in documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
