- Good communication and interpersonal skills in HINDI
- Must have relevant experience of managing a team of security guards at multiple locations to ensure proper monitoring of the premises, visitor management and maintenance of discipline.
- Must be able recruit guards whenever required, through their network.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Presentable and responsible.
- Bike and a driving license are required.
