Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, AWS Lambda to develop and integrate cloud-based conversational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AWS applications using Python.
Build and maintain Amazon Lex conversational solutions.
Develop AWS Lambda functions and integrations.
Work on Amazon Connect – Voice & Chat solutions.
Integrate Lex, Lambda, Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support AWS applications.
Must-Have Skills
8–10 years of development experience.
Strong Python programming experience.
Hands-on Amazon Lex experience.
Strong experience with AWS Lambda.
Hands-on Amazon Connect (Voice & Chat).
Good knowledge of REST APIs and AWS services.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Amazon Lex V2 / NLP-NLU experience.
AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
Experience with CI/CD and production support.
