As part of this journey, the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team plays a critical role in centralizing insights and analytics across the organization—eliminating silos, reducing systemic friction, and enabling more informed, connected decision-making.
This role sits within ARIA (Access, Reimbursement & Insights Analytics) in US I&A and supports the three Market Access pillars — Payer Insights, Channel Strategy, and Access Enablement — in analyzing payer, provider, channel, and patient dynamics to optimize access, reimbursement, affordability, and distribution strategies. We are looking for passionate and curious individuals to join us as Associate Analysts, contributing to this mission by transforming complex market access data into actionable insights that shape how Novartis brands reach patients across the US healthcare system
