Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the solar industry.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and expanding our solar business in
the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in rooftop solar, commercial & industrial (C&I), and
residential segments
* Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
* Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility
* Prepare and present proposals to clients
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
* Stay updated with government policies, subsidies, and solar market trends
* Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and payment follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar sales (mandatory)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Good understanding of solar products and solutions
Requirements:
* Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
* Valid driving license is required
* Willingness to travel for field sales
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
