JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Project & Budget Management: Define project scopes, estimate costs (labor and materials), and ensure deliverables remain on-deadline and within budgetary constraints.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and resolve workplace disputes.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Establish engineering strategies, implement quality control checks, and ensure full compliance with regulatory safety codes and building standards.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors, manage client expectations, and present technical data to the board of directors.
- System Optimization: Oversee the architectural design, maintenance, and operation of complex mechanical, electrical, or software systems to drive energy efficiency and productivity.
Pay: ₹30,718.09 - ₹40,000.00 per month
