We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Faculty to join our team. As a Spoken English Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to our students. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective spoken English courses to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments to facilitate learning.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their language skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching spoken English to non-native speakers.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their language learning goals.
- Familiarity with language teaching techniques and resources.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable to different learning styles.
