We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates who want to build a career in Business Development and B2B Sales.
As a Business Development Trainee, you will work directly with the Founder to learn consultative selling, client relationship management, lead generation, and business development while contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build prospect databases using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Connect with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain CRM and sales activity records.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Support business development initiatives and follow-ups.
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or postgraduate (any discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office.
