- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring doctors, surgeons, nursing staff, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all medical staff possess valid credentials and that the facility strictly adheres to Indian labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Employee Relations: Managing shift rosters, handling grievances, and mediating conflicts to maintain workplace harmony and high retention.
- Performance & Training: Designing KPI-driven performance reviews and coordinating ongoing medical training and engagement initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
