About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction and interior/exterior project activities. The ideal candidate will have practical field experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment usage on-site.Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports for submission to the project head.Identify and resolve technical issues or on-site challenges promptly.
- Ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the site team.
Key Requirements :
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in site engineering (residential or commercial projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.What We OfferOn-site travel allowance (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
