We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Payment Gateway support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in customer service or support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to payment gateway transactions through calls, emails, or chats.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding payment failures, refunds, transaction status, and account-related issues.
- Provide accurate product and service information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions within TAT.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling customer information.
- Adapt to rotational US shifts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process / Support role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required
- Comfortable working in rotational US shifts
Shift Details:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- 9 Hours Rotational US Shift
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
