Job Title: Senior Accountant
Reports to: Financial Controller/Head of Finance
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Accounting Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable
3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
4. Audits: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
5. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
6. Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets.
7. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) /B.COM./M.COM or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
3. Skills: Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Software: Proficient in accounting software, such as TCS, SAP, or Oracle.

Pay: ₹45,267.90 - ₹50,701.66 per month
