Network Support Engineer (Night Shift)
- Monitor and support network infrastructure for retail operations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related incidents and alerts.
- Perform proactive network monitoring to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain incident logs and provide shift handover updates.
- Work in a 24x7 support environment with permanent night shifts.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
