Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities.
- Identify and participate in relevant GeM bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.
- Prepare, submit, and track bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for quotations, authorizations, and compliance documents.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain GeM catalogues, product listings, and pricing updates.
- Monitor bid status, order execution, and customer feedback.
- Generate new government business opportunities through GeM and other procurement platforms.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, MII requirements, and government procurement guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GeM Portal, Tendering, and Government Procurement.
- Excellent documentation and bid management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in GeM bidding, tender management, or government sales.
KPI/KRA:
- Revenue generated through GeM.
- Number of bids participated and won.
- Order execution and customer satisfaction.
- New government account acquisition.
- Timely submission of bids and compliance documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
