About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in core finance functions and has operated in environments with meaningful business scale.
Key Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience

Strong working knowledge of core finance and compliance functions - including financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls

Experience with Big 4 firms (audit practice) is preferred

Demonstrated experience in independently handling and closing books of accounts for organizations with an annual turnover of ₹50 Crore or above
What You'll Do

Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Manage statutory and regulatory compliance

Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Support leadership with MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis

Identify process improvement opportunities across finance operations
