Position Overview
Ganpati Homez is looking for a passionate, target-oriented, and experienced Laminates Sales Manager to lead our dealer sales operations across Odisha.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, increasing laminate sales, managing distributors, developing new business opportunities, and leading the field sales team to achieve ambitious business goals.
The candidate should possess a strong network within the laminates and interior products industry and have a proven track record in dealer/channel sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesDealer & Channel Development
- Develop, strengthen, and expand the dealer and distributor network across Odisha.
- Appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners in untapped markets.
- Build long-term business relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and furniture manufacturers.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to improve business performance and market penetration.
- Ensure excellent dealer engagement and after-sales support.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Increase market share of Ganpati Homez laminate products throughout Odisha.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional, and project segments.
- Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
Market Expansion
- Expand the company's presence in key districts across Odisha.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Execute dealer meets, promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and project consultants to generate business opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team.
- Set KPIs and monitor individual/team performance.
- Conduct regular market visits with team members.
- Organize product knowledge and sales training sessions.
- Ensure disciplined reporting and effective territory management.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports.
- Forecast sales and prepare business development plans.
- Maintain dealer database and customer records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
- Ensure effective stock movement and inventory planning with management.
Candidate ProfileEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Laminates, Decorative Laminates, Plywood, MDF, Veneer, Hardware, Building Materials, or Interior Products.
- Proven experience in dealer/channel sales and market development.
- Strong dealer network across Odisha will be highly preferred.
- Experience in handling a field sales team.

Candidates having experience with brands such as CenturyPly, Greenlam Laminates, Merino Laminates, Royale Touche, Stylam, Virgo Laminates, Advance Laminates, Action TESA, Greenpanel, Kitply, Austin Plywood, Duroply, or other Decorative Laminates and Building Material companies will be preferred.
