1. Accounting & Book-Keeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP
- Record vouchers for payments, receipts, journal entries, and expenses
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
2. Vendor & Contractor Accounting
- Process vendor, subcontractor, and service bills
- Verify bills with PO, GRN, measurement sheets, and approvals
- Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile balances
3. Bank & Cash Management
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Handle petty cash and site cash expenses
- Coordinate for cheque preparation and online payments
4. Site & Project Accounting
- Track site-wise expenses and cost heads
- Coordinate with site engineers for expense bills and supporting documents
- Maintain project-wise cost and expense records
5. GST & Statutory Support
- Assist in GST data preparation (sales, purchase, ITC)
- Maintain records for GST, TDS, and statutory filings
- Support audits, assessments, and compliance requirements
6. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Assist in budget vs actual analysis
- Provide data to senior accounts/management as required
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Tally / ERP & MS Excel proficiency
- Understanding of GST, TDS basics
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Good coordination with site, purchase, and management teams
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com (preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in real estate or construction accounting
- Exposure to project/site accounting is an advantage
