Discover Webtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident individuals with excellent communication skills to join our growing team as an International Telecaller. If you have a clear speaking voice, strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in interacting with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Introduce company services and generate interest among prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Neutral to American accent preferred.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers can apply.
Preferred Skills:
- American accent or exposure to US-based communication.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
