Responsibilities for microbiologist
- Maintain trend information on Controlled Manufacturing Environment failures
- Support manufacturing in analyzing manufacturing product lines to determine how or where, within the manufacturing or inspection process, the root cause of non-conformances or customer complaints exist
- Prepare written protocols as necessary
- Provide leadership and initiative to QS organization through continuous improvement projects
- Interface with manufacturing area and other support groups to ensure CME remain in compliance with regulations and standards
- Engage in PPI lean methodology including standard work and tier meetings
- To fulfill the responsibilities of the position as defined in the Oxoid Health, Safety and Environmental policies and associated Codes of Practice
- Perform daily solution bio burden testing, examining total count, coliform count and spore count in accordance with SOP
- Collect and organize production samples and check for discrepancies against sterilized sample record
- Perform sterilizer qualifications to validate the sterilization process
Qualifications for microbiologist
- Degree level qualification in Life Science.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or related Life Science is required
- Drive continuous improvement of environmental controls by performing real time risk assessments in classified areas
- Prepare, growth test and pH adjust a variety of media and buffer solutions, required for Sterility testing and Environmental monitoring
- Bachelor degree in Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology or related
- Review and evaluate raw data for acceptability
Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹48,892.54 per month
