Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning concepts and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Production Planning modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP and other modules such as Materials Management and Quality Management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control in SAP systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
