Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Nursery Teacher to nurture and educate young learners in a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and be committed to supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school's early childhood curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Foster children's language, literacy, numeracy, social, emotional, and motor skill development through play-based learning.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain student records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training programs, and other school activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, or equivalent.
- Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
Experience
- 0–2 years of teaching experience in a Pre-Primary or Nursery setting.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching young children are encouraged to apply.
