- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP environments.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of business-critical applications.
- Familiarity with system performance monitoring, alerting mechanisms, and root cause analysis techniques.
