Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel outpatient and inpatient appointments, and conduct reminder calls.
- Patient Inquiries: Answer questions regarding hospital services, staff/doctor availability, OPD timings, and health packages.
- Emergency & Triage Routing: Coordinate emergency code responses, facilitate on-call calendars, and rapidly route medical emergencies to the appropriate clinical departments.
- Patient Navigation: Coordinate patient transfers, ambulance communications, and guide patients through billing procedures and insurance requirements.
- Record Keeping: Log all interaction details, complaints, and feedback into the Hospital Management System (HMS) or CRM.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced medical/hospital environment or BPO is preferred.
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and active listening) and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Soft Skills: High empathy, professional demeanor, and strict adherence to healthcare privacy regulations (such as HIPAA)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
