Required Skills
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server / Linux operating systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory, Group Policy.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, updates, and system health checks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall issues.
- Set up and support RDP, remote access, and endpoint management tools.
- basic knowledge of cloud technology
