Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to handle lead generation, customer engagement, and admissions support activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, programs, and services effectively.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain lead records.
- Schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Update CRM and maintain daily call reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
