About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, contributing to brand growth, lead generation, and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence through regular content creation and community engagement
- Create and manage content for both organic and paid channels including social media posts, ad copies, banners, and landing pages
- Support SEO efforts — keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
- Support email marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Collaborate with the content and design team to produce creative assets and copy
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content, creative, and campaign optimization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
