About Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating master data solutions, data quality frameworks, integration workflows, match & merge configurations, survivorship rules, APIs, and end-to-end business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data validation, and experience working within Agile delivery environments.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Reltio MDM implementations.

Validate Entity, Relationship, Hierarchy, and Reference Data models.
-
Verify MDM workflows, business rules, and governance processes.
-
Test data stewardship functionality and user workflows.
-
Validate Golden Record creation, maintenance, and lifecycle processes.
-
Validate data quality rules, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and profiling processes.
-
Verify duplicate detection, match/merge rules, and survivorship configurations.
-
Perform source-to-target reconciliation testing across enterprise systems.
-
Conduct data integrity and consistency testing for master data domains.
-
Validate data governance policies and business data quality requirements.
-
Test Reltio APIs, REST services, and integration endpoints.
-
Validate inbound and outbound interfaces integrating with enterprise applications.
-
Perform end-to-end testing between source systems, Reltio, and downstream consuming platforms.

Validate batch and real-time integration workflows.
-
Verify data synchronization and integration accuracy across multiple systems.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test artifacts.

Execute Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.

Support CI/CD release validation and deployment testing activities.
-
Automate API testing and data validation processes where feasible.
-
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

Work closely with Developers, Data Engineers, MDM Architects, and Business Analysts.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and validate defect resolutions.

Contribute to quality improvements and testing best practices across projects.
Expertise You'll Bring:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-
4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or MDM Testing.

Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM or other Master Data Management platforms.
-
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, Data Governance, and Master Data Lifecycle Management.
-
Experience validating Match/Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, and Data Quality processes.
-
Strong SQL skills with experience in database testing and data validation.
-
Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
-
Knowledge of ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Data Reconciliation processes.
-
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.
-
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other ALM/Test Management tools.
-
Strong understanding of Data Quality dimensions including completeness, consistency, accuracy, and validity.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.
