Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Typesetting Specialist to lead end-to-end typesetting projects for books, scholarly journals, and educational content. You will combine technical expertise in Adobe InDesign with leadership skills to manage teams, ensure quality, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in E-Publishing / In-Design
- Equivalent professional experience in typesetting/digital publishing
- 3–5+ years in end-to-end typesetting projects
- Adobe InDesign certification (preferred)
Key Skills Required
- Expert in Adobe InDesign (complex layouts, Book files, styles)
- Experience with multilingual & structured content
- Pagination, typography & quality control skills
- Leadership skills to manage teams/workflows
- Can handle tight deadlines with attention to detail
