This role is responsible for Salesforce Service Cloud development while actively contributing to its support and testing. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions, ensuring seamless workflows, and maintaining system quality.
Development and Testing in SFSC (60%)
Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Service cloud platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud
enhancements.
Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations within Salesforce Service Cloud to ensure system integrity and functionality.
Partner with cross-functional development teams to seamlessly integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other business systems like OMS, ESB, and SFCC etc.
Conduct thorough unit testing of developed solutions to ensure code quality and adherence to requirements.
Execute system testing to confirm end-to-end functionality and verify integration points.
Handle code deployment and validation processes effectively.
Production Support and Operations (25%)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by the users promptly and efficiently.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities and features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
Maintain and update Salesforce Service Cloud related documentation.
Act as a liaison between end-users and the development team, effectively communicating user feedback and enhancement requests.
Deliver insights and recommendations to drive continuous SFSC process improvements and enhance user experience.
Stay informed about the latest SFSC releases and assess their impact on organizational processes.
Data analysis and Solution (15%)
Conduct data analysis to identify and address issues impacting Salesforce Service Cloud processes and functionality.
Develop and implement solutions to address data-related challenges identified by business partners or your analysis.

Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, with a deep understanding of its functionalities, modules, and capabilities.
Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Apex classes.
Extensive experience with both Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks for creating custom UI screens within the Salesforce platform.
Ability to create custom functionalities and triggers within the Salesforce environment.
Utilization of tools like Process Builder and Flow to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.
Capability to design and implement Lightning components for enhanced user experience.
Adherence to Salesforce security best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
Extensive skills in integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with other business applications and systems using REST APIs.
Expertise in leveraging Salesforce APIs for seamless data exchange.
Experience with Salesforce Development tools such as SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and scratch org development using Visual Studio Code.

This role requires flexibility in work hours, including availability until 10:30 PM IST to ensure effective collaboration with onsite teams and support business operations

Prior Work Experience and Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or any related field is required.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in retail technology, including at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Service Cloud development.
Experience with successful Salesforce implementations, customizations, and administration.
Experience with SQL development.
Salesforce Developer Certification (Preferred)
Basic to intermediate understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, particularly in the context of integrating the platforms with Service Cloud.
Proficient in REST APIs, web services, and related technologies that facilitate seamless communication between Salesforce Service Cloud and other business applications.
