Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of a small office. This role is primarily focused on administration and office operations, with limited HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR fundamentals, excellent coordination skills, and a strong ability to follow through on tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general maintenance
- Track routine cash expenses
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Communication follow-ups
- Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and day-to-day activities
- Handle meeting scheduling, calendar management, and daily planning
- Support management with reporting and documentation as required
- Manage travel coordination (V-T)
- Manage social media accounts, coordinate with the graphics team for creatives, and oversee research to ensure timely and effective posting across platforms
- Handle basic HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll support
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations of a small office
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools/software

- Salary: 20,000 - 30,000
