Job Timings
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior design solutions for hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial spaces, and institutional projects. The role involves concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings, client coordination, vendor management, and site supervision to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
- Prepare space planning layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Create 2D drawings and coordinate with 3D visualization teams for presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment suitable for project requirements.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, healthcare planners, consultants, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and monitoring project progress.
- Resolve design and execution issues arising during project implementation.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
Client Management
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Execution
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material approvals and procurement.
- Review shop drawings and ensure execution is as per approved designs.
- Monitor project timelines and support project delivery within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design projects.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, commercial, or institutional projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong space planning and design detailing skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and services coordination.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and technical specifications.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospital and healthcare interior projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare design guidelines and functional planning.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
CTC: upto 8.5 LPA+ Traveling+incentive.
