We're looking for a passionate Career Counsellor who wants to guide students through one of the most important decisions of their lives and help them unlock opportunities they never knew existed.
What You'll Do
Conduct career guidance sessions for students from primary school to senior secondary levels
Conduct 4-5 daily sessions on skills and career skills
Help students explore career options based on interests, strengths, personality, and future opportunities
Interpret career assessments and translate insights into actionable career plans
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents
Lead classroom career awareness sessions and career readiness workshops
Guide students on subject selection, stream selection, higher education pathways, and emerging careers
Organize career fairs, university interactions, expert talks, webinars, and student engagement events
Help students prepare for webinars, podcasts, panel discussions, and career exploration initiatives
Develop career resources, newsletters, student guides, and awareness content
Maintain counselling records, student profiles, progress reports, and documentation
Build strong relationships with parents, schools, universities, and industry experts
Who We're Looking For
Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Management, Human Development, or related fields
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Naturally curious about careers, education, universities, and future workforce trends
Comfortable interacting with students, parents, educators, and professionals
Strong documentation, presentation, and report-writing abilities
Confident facilitator for workshops, webinars, and group sessions
Someone who can inspire confidence while providing practical guidance
