Job Summary
We are urgently hiring International Voice Process Executives to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience handling US customers in an international voice process, sales, or customer service environment.
This is a work-from-office role supporting customers in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Assist customers with concerns related to product delivery, orders, and service-related issues.
- Handle customer escalations effectively and coordinate with managers when required.
- Maintain high standards of communication, customer experience, and call quality.
- Follow company processes and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably handling US customers.
- Experience in US Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral or good English accent with clear pronunciation.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a US shift and from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Eligibility
- Candidates with relevant US customer handling experience are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
