Position Summary
The SEO & Content Manager will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, content marketing initiatives, website optimization, keyword research, blog management, and search engine visibility across all digital properties.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, AI-assisted content creation, and organic lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for all websites. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Improve organic rankings for targeted keywords. Monitor website performance and search visibility. Optimize website architecture and internal linking.
Technical SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits. Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and site speed issues. Optimize Core Web Vitals. Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt. Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO best practices.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service pages. Improve title tags, meta descriptions, headings, schema markup, and image optimization. Implement content optimization strategies to improve rankings.
Content Strategy & Management
- Develop monthly content calendars. Create SEO-focused blogs, articles, guides, and case studies. Produce content related to:

Content Team Coordination
- Manage content writers, freelancers, and agencies. Review and optimize content before publication. Ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop backlink acquisition strategies. Manage guest posting campaigns. Build relationships with business publications and industry portals. Monitor backlink quality and domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement metrics. Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports. Use data insights to improve content performance.
AI & Content Automation
- Utilize AI tools for research and content production. Implement content optimization workflows. Improve content publishing efficiency without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Experience
- 4–8 years of SEO and Content Marketing experience. Proven experience growing website traffic organically. Experience in Finance, Education, Consulting, MSME, Startup, or B2B sectors preferred.
