Job Description
- Achieve assigned cross-selling and sales targets for the company’s financial products.
- Generate business through existing customers, referrals, leads, and other sources.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to the existing customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and closure of customer applications.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and other business sources.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, lead, and customer reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and processes.
Eligibility & Skills
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, cross-sales, BFSI, financial services, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Good networking and business development skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
