Job Description – Senior Resident (ENT)

Department: ENT (Otorhinolaryngology)
Position: Senior Resident
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage ENT outpatient and inpatient cases.
- Assist and perform ENT surgical procedures under supervision.
- Attend emergency ENT cases and on-call duties.
- Conduct ward rounds and maintain patient records.
- Participate in teaching undergraduate students and junior residents.
- Take part in seminars, academic activities, and departmental meetings.
- Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and hospital protocols.
Qualification:
- MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) from a recognized institution.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
Experience:
- Fresh postgraduates may apply. Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
