Job Summary
P&R Infraprojects Ltd. is looking for motivated and experienced Civil Engineers to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at assigned project sites.
- Ensure project execution is in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Review engineering drawings and provide technical support to the site team.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work completion records.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and company standards.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and statutory compliance at the project site.
- Identify construction issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records, and project correspondence.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Structural works, finishing works, and infrastructure construction.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, high-rise, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to relocate and travel across India based on project requirements.
