Position: Service Advisor / Supervisor
Department: Service / Workshop
Location: (sector-6,noida )
Note : Driving Licence and Need to have the own handset to use sim.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand service/complaint requirements
- Open and manage job cards accurately
- Allocate work to mechanics based on skill & workload
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per commitment
- Monitor work quality and avoid repeat complaints
- Coordinate between customer, mechanic, and management
Customer Handling:
- Clearly explain problems, estimates, and work done
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Take regular follow-ups for pending work
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS focus)
Workshop Management:
- Track daily service load and pending jobs
- Maintain proper workflow and discipline in workshop
- Ensure availability of parts before job start
- Monitor mechanic productivity and efficiency
Reporting & KPIs:
- Maintain data for:
- Total Services
- Customer Feedback
- Complaints
- Repeat Jobs
- Work on improving:
- NPS Score
- Response Rate
- Complaint Closure Rate
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers
- Ability to manage team and handle pressure
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 2–5 years in service advisor / workshop role (Automobile preferred)
Education:
- Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
