Roles & responsibilities
1 Lead the uplift of existing Aconex dashboards assessing current reports, identifying gaps against business needs, and delivering enhanced versions on the agreed BI platform.
2 Own end-to-end dashboard development across Quality, PIF, and ESG workstreams, from requirements gathering and KPI definition through to published, production-ready reports.
3 Translate requirements from QIC stakeholders into dashboard specifications, data model briefs, and visual design inputs, aligned with Qiddiya brand and UX standards.
4 Coordinate with the Data Engineer on data availability, schema design, and refresh cadence to ensure dashboards are consistently backed by reliable, pipeline-fed data from the UDP.
5 Apply data visualisation best practices, layout hierarchy, interactivity, drill-through design, and performance optimisation appropriate to the BI platform.
6 Manage dashboard iteration cycles: maintain a structured change log, version-control report assets, and drive UAT to production promotion in coordination with stakeholders.
7 Deliver handover documentation and knowledge transfer to QIC's internal team at milestone points, ensuring dashboards remain maintainable and extensible beyond the engagement.
