We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven *Academic Counsellors / Telecallers* to guide students through the admission process and convert leads into enrollments. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with students, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound admission calls.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for successful enrollments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Performance Expectations
- Monthly target: *Minimum 5 admissions*.
- Candidates are expected to consistently achieve assigned admission targets.
- Performance-based salary and incentives are offered according to company policy.
